FAQS

When a product doesn’t arrive in the condition you expected, the first step is to determine whether the item is confirmed as defective or damaged. In those situations, the site takes responsibility for the shipping costs in both directions, so you are not left covering the freight for a faulty item.

Outside of that specific scenario, return shipping labels are not provided as a standard practice. If you believe your order falls into the defective or damaged category, get in touch so we can sort out the shipping arrangements directly.

Changing or stopping an order

Every sale is considered final once placed. There is a narrow window right after you submit the order—within hours—where a cancellation request might be reviewed. The critical factor is whether the order has already moved into fulfillment or has been shipped. Once that threshold is crossed, the order cannot be canceled.

Keeping track of your purchase and what’s next

To see where your order stands, head to the Order Status tab on the website. You’ll need the email address associated with the purchase and the order number to pull up the details.

If you’re waiting for something new, our newsletter is the place to watch. New releases are announced there at least one day before the on-sale date, giving you a heads-up before anything goes live.
